Orders once placed cannot be cancelled once the work has started.

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

Duplicate payment made by the customer.

Failure to deliver the ordered service within the promised time frame (unless due to unforeseen technical or third-party issues).

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
